Emma and I went to the garden Friday morning and we came home with lots of peppers, lemon grass, and tomatoes. I had already used a few of our Anaheim peppers before taking this picture. We are giving away the habaneros; we can't eat them all by ourselves.

do they freeze well? my friend one street over has them roasted, then chops them up and freezes them for recipes throughout the winter.
