Gymnastics and Snow Boots

With the cold weather and snow, the girls have been wearing their snow boots almost every day. Going to gymnastics is no exception. Good thing Emma has to be barefoot during class. I'm sure it would be hard exercising with those big boots.

Little Springtime

We got these flowers on Monday. It feels good to have a little springtime in the middle of winter.

Emma wire her tiara all day long. I took this picture in our way home from Oxford. She was sleeping but still had it on.

At the Animal Shelter

Yesterday after church the girls, Nancy and I went to the animal shelter where Nancy volunteers. Emma's been going there with Nancy for a while and yesterday was Ana's first time exposed to lots of kitties. Both girls did great playing with the cats. Emma is very gentle and kind towards them. Ana is still in training.

Delta T = 77 Degrees

I don't think we've ever experienced these freezing temperatures before. Not even when we lived in Massachusetts!

The inside window panes of our side door are completely frozen.

Night Night

Juicing with Daddy

Emma loves helping in the kitchen. Every one that has been around the girls knows that. On the other hand, Ana prefers to eat the ingredients.

Good thing that both girls love to drink the delicious juice they make.

Practicing Letters

Emma "wrote" a story about her friends. It was cute when she read it to me. I can identify some letters that she's been learning with Cameron during their reading lessons. E, m, r, o, h, I, t, a.

Girls Being Silly

With Abuelos and Tio Job

I was very pleased to hear the girls talking in Spanish with my parents and brother. We had a great time during their visit. I got to relax and not cook for over a week,  the girls got to play outside with their tio Job, and Cameron got to read a little more than usual.

Our refrigerator and freezer are full of delicious food. Having food already prepared will make the next few weeks quite simple.
