Tomato Crop

We are having a great tomato crop this year. We've been sharing them with our neighbors. Just made tomato basil soup for dinner and it was delicious!

Too Early!

Emma surprised us by cutting this cantaloupe (on the left) a little bit too early. Good thing she loves gardening and enjoys picking the fruit.

Cateloupes

The "yellow squash" seeds that we planted ended up producing cateloupes. We've gotten about 5 cateloupes already and they are so sweet and the girls devour them!

At the park

We met our friends at the park. The girls had a lot of fun playing in the splash pad, playground, and sand box.

Playing dressup

The girls are doing a good job playing with each other. Today they played dressup; Ana wore Emma's Snow White outfit (several sizes too big for her) and Emma opted for her tutu.

Seriously!

Big Cucumber

This is the biggest cucumber we've had so far from our garden. We try to pick them when they are smaller but we missed this one. We all enjoyed it during lunch with a little vinegar and salt or lime juice and salt.

Our first nectarines

Cameron harvested our first nectarines from our dwarf tree. So exciting!

Our first tomato

Yesterday we harvested our first tomato from the seeds that Emma planted back on her birthday (March 19th).  We had it for dinner tonight and it was delicious! More should be ready pretty soon.

Ana Covered in Chocolate

Ana was coveted in chocolate after eating a cupcake. She later found an old pacifier and was playing with it. Crazy kid!

Misplaced Socks

What is wrong with this picture? That's where Emma's socks ended up last night. Why? Only Emma knows the answer.
