One of the my dad's favorite things to do at the local market is visit the taco stand (Birrieria Gutierrez) and eat lamb meat. My dad ordered the lamb's head, Job and Cameron ate a bowl of meat and the girls had tacos. It was fun to see the assembly and how efficient every customer was served.
