Ana officially started crawling this week. She's also pulling up on furniture and people.
The Christmas tree is a great temptation for Ana and I often find myself trying to keep her away from it.

I never thought trains sets would be something that Emma would be interested in playing. I was wrong. Emma and her little friend LOVE playing with the trains and especially the little people. Today the girls helped the mommies build the track before we took all the trains out. If you look closer, the girls were also playing dress-up: Emma is Belle and Hannah is Snow White.
I had a hard time trying to keep Ana from grabbing the tracks. She finally settled down and was playing with a couple of train cars.
The girls were having fun this morning goofing around in Ana's crib. It kept them entertained while I was folding laundry. Don't worry, I was in the room with them and I made sure Emma wasn't rough with Ana.
Emma made this gum drop Christmas tree at her friend's house. The girls also had fun "baking" Cinderella cookies, playing dolls, and dancing to Christmas music. It is so good to see Emma interacting with her friend and learning to share and take turns.
I found three long hairs that are long enough for a bow! (Not literally). Maybe there is hope and I'll be able to start Ana early with hair bows.
We have to take advantage of the few days if warm weather and what better way to do it than by going to the park!
Recognize Emma? She's the one with the duck mask. This is her first official role in a play. It doesn't matter that it only lasted a few minutes while Mrs. G (the librarian) read the story of The Little Red Hen. She did an excellent job for wanting to participate and I'm so proud of her!
