Thirteen Months

Emma is thirteen months today! She is a handful but she is a good baby.

Atenas has to share Grammy's house with Henry. So far they've tolerated each other.

Daddy is Here!

Cameron made it to OH yesterday afternoon and we are really glad to have him back with us.

We spent a good part of our day house hunting and it was a lot of fun. We know that the Lord has our house out there somewhere and we just need to find it.

Missing Daddy

Daddy is on his way to Ohio. We miss him already and can't wait to see him again.

We Made It!

Emma and I made it to Ohio! The flight went fine and now it is Daddy's turn to load up the truck and drive the cars to Ohio. God willing we will see him in a few days.

I'm already getting a break from running all over with Emma. Here she is with Grammy Douglas watching Baby Einstein.

We are Moving!

Our lives are about to take a dramatic change by the end of this week: Cameron has a new job and we are moving to Ohio! All of this came so fast and it only gives me a total of two weeks to pack our house! Moving in such a short notice has required some planning, patience, action, and of course dependence on God's faithfulness, kindness and grace. I've been packing a little every day for the past week and we've got most of our things packed.

Emma and I will be flying on Friday and we are leaving Daddy behind to load the trailer and drive to Ohio with Atenas. My in-laws have graciously opened their house so that we can stay with them while we look for a house. I'm sure John & Nancy will enjoy having their granddaughter with them and cherish the new memories they'll create. It is a new phase in our lives and we are really excited!

Emma will miss her birthplace...

...but she's happy because she'll get to see her grandparents every day!
