It was so much fun having a two year old at our house but our house is definitely NOT child proof. We have so many breakable items throughout the house and it seemed that Abby had no difficulty in finding sharp objects to play with. She also made some “experiments” with Atenas’s food and water. Yesterday, suddenly everything was quiet and Perla knew something was going on with Abby. To our surprise, Abby got Perla’s makeup and lotions from her purse and was playing with them. I guess all two year olds have done this at one point (right?). Her face was priceless when we discovered her.
The result:
Last night Perla made some carne deshebrada and more tortillas de harina and we had dinner over at our neighbor’s house. Abby immediately started playing with the kids and the dog and even though she didn’t take a nap, she had tons of energy! We had a great time!
