Getting Piñatas Ready

The abuelos brought two piñatas last time they were here in December. Now the girls are stuffing them with candy and getting them ready for their birthday parties. Gotta love those Mexican traditions.

Ana's School Work

Ana came home from school with this project. "Who is worth more to you than gold?"

Her response: My sister Emma. She does everything I say and she gives the best piggy back ride. I love her "

The sun came out for a few minutes after snow flurries. Emma quickly posed while Ana snapped the picture.

Father-Daughter time

It doesn't take much to entertain the girls. Cameron is riding the scooter and pulling both girls on their roller blades. So much fun!

Cookies & Play Date

Ana had her best friends over after school. All three girls played well together and Emma did a great job in serving our  guest and her little sister.

I love it when the girls have friends over at this age! Why? Because I don't have to watch them or keep them entertained! I was able to make dinner (undisturbed) while all three were happily playing together. Now that was s perfect play date in my book!
